Day 1 - Our First Encounters
We’re nurturing the foundations first. Reconnecting you both with some, warm, gentle and loving thoughts, feelings and memories. The second phase starts from Day 3 onwards, where we start using exercises, rituals and tools which help us stay aligned with doing things that those in happy and lasting relationships do.
Day 2 - Your Sweet Spot That You Share
Today’s exercise helps you recall and appreciate a moment that you have shared together. A moment that you still treasure to this day, which your partner may well have forgotten about until now. This is about recalling that exact moment where there was a snapshot of sweetness. Then the foundations are set for phase 2, where we start using exercises, rituals and tools which help us stay aligned with doing things that those in happy and lasting relationships do.
Day 3 - Your Personal Qualities
Now we’re in phase 2. This is where we start using exercises, rituals and tools which help us stay aligned with doing things that those in happy and lasting relationships do. Today you are going to explore a list pf personal qualities. From here you will choose the ones you the ones you truly admire in your partner, as well as finishing off with a reflective practice that helps us recognise that those personal qualities we admire within each other are also within us.
Day 4 - What Makes You Tick?
Today we dive into the things that make you tick, the things that really matter to you right now, both as a couple in close proximity, and when you’re geographically separate from one another. We explore some basic science which helps us nurture our own wellbeing so that we can bring this into an intimate relationship in the service of enhancing the wellbeing between the both of you.
